11 requests in one minute, does not seem to be too smart (did get some pages twice), atm hasnt requested robots.txt, but also hasnt deep-crawled.

ideas who this might be?

if it's [mangoosta.net...] they don't work on mp3 (perhaps they do, i don't really know in fact) but they are known to provide DSL.
