I see inria.fr all over my logs, etc. Are they a search engine? website looks like some kind of French research institute. I did a search on their site and only came up with internal links. Anybody have any thoughts as to whether to add inria.fr IPs to 'bot listings for cloaking?

cosmos/0.8_([e-mail]) is considered to be a French search engine by WebTrends so I added it to my Spiders DB.

They all have the UA = cosmos/0.8_([e-mail])
