Hello, I hope that I dont write again for the same subject but I was not able to find something here.
MSNPTC/1.0 is Microsoft AdCenter spider,
taken from

<ctrl C + ctrl V>
Microsoft adCenter reviews your ad, keyword, and landing page for a campaign by using a web crawler. The crawler retrieves content from your landing page for the ad to verify the relevance of your landing page content to your ad description, title, and keywords.

When the crawler does this, it is essentially clicking on your ad. For billing and reporting purposes, Microsoft adCenter filters these clicks so you will not be charged. We recommend that you filter these clicks if you are using any third party click tracking software so your reports are more accurate and match the Microsoft adCenter reports as closely as possible.

To filter Microsoft adCenter crawler clicks, filter your web server logs where the user agent string is equal to the user agent string of the Microsoft adCenter crawler. Microsoft adCenter uses the following user agent string and IP address range:

User-agent string:
MSNPTC/1.0

IP addresses:
65.54.236.85
65.54.236.86
65.54.236.87
65.54.236.88
65.54.236.89
65.54.158.85
65.54.158.95
65.54.158.86
65.54.158.88
65.54.236.108
65.54.236.109
65.54.236.110
65.54.236.111
</ctrl C + ctrl V>

I hope to be useful...
