Seems to be a spider collecting Favicons for FavCollector.com, although I have no idea why nor what use the collection could be.
Anyone any experience with this one? Obeys Robots.txt?
Tempted to ban him unless I get a good reason otherwise.

If it's like all the rest (including the default for MS) than the software randomly checks and verifies existing bookmarks without the knowledge of the user.
It's a deny for sure.
