The b in "MSIE 7.0b" means it is not really the IE 7 beta! Underground bot runners started hitting my site with this false agent even BEFORE legit humans came knocking with IE 7!

Go ahead and take a look for yourselfs at your access logs.

Hey John,
Had five requests in May thus far. All for the same page.
From two different Florida IP's.
One offers colocation, the other offers colocation and hosting.

Both ranges were previously denied and thus these five visits ate 403's.

Milan, real IE does things non-IE doesn't. I've had no pre-release Betas hit my site in otherwords but plenty of spoofing by other things.
