Just found this UA coming from 207.210.106.XXX
Googled for it but only 10+ results including a php script to stop scrapers which included the name.

Maybe an indication of its purpose?

It took robots.txt and left my site.

A french website logged the former UA "noyona/0.1 [noyona.com ]".

The mentioned page is gone, but the domain is still running. They pretend to run a job search engine. There isn't any contact info and the domain is registered anonymously.
