We've just been hit by
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; InfoPath.1)

An earlier thread had some speculation but no real answers that I could tell. That thread has been closed due to inactivity.

I'm particularly disturbed by the InfoPath.1 access(esp. if it's a spider) since it's using some of our overture key words (we have some tracking info added to our Overture URLs, and this "spider" or whatever is pulling pages which are URLs associated with our Overture ads).

Anybody know what might be going on?

InfoPath is a pluggin that anyone can add to their browser. It's usually found with corporate users who use it in their work for propagating forms and compiling spread sheets etc. It is not a spider/crawler/downloader/ripper or anything malevolent.
