Grabbed robots.txt and 2 files... also saw this one on another site.

Doing a search on Google doesn't bring up any information, so will go ahead and ban.

Saw the same ip using cfetch just a few days ago.

Was hit today by the same one.

Same observation cfetch/1.0 until today with voyager/1.0.
The bot is hosted by Cosmix Corp. -"a start-up based on novel and fundamental algorithm and system research"- who runs a search engine.

Also coming from another IP:

Which belongs to World Lingo, a translation service - but seems to be located in different cities depending on IP.
