According to SARC, 5.exe is the payload in W32.Noomy.A@mm, a worm that sends itself by email, creates an HTTP server on port 8800/TCP and sends messages to IRC chat rooms inviting users to download the worm from the HTTP server. I don't know what putting that in a user agent does so maybe there's no connection but I thought I'd share what little I could find online about it.
