Came from a spanish ISP well known for e-mail spamming. The UA reminds me of the "Production Bot", "Full Web Bot" etc. family

Yep, I've been seeing the same bot for over three years. It's been banned all that time too.

Weird, the Oracle Portal product has an Ultra Search portlet that can be configured to search outside the product, but I don't think it sends that UA (by default anyway).
