Is this related to Relevare?

The URL in the user agent makes reference to the BumbleBee Network which is a term I've always associated with Relevare. And yet there is a lot of content in the pages at the above URL but it makes no mention of Relevare.

It seems more like someone trying to setup a search engine and yet the IP Address is registered to Comcast.

Can anyone shed some light on SquigglebotBot for me please?
