double slashes

Anybody have an idea of why I'm getting double forward slashes in my logs from google?
EX:
//myfolder/mypage.html 200

I'm not sure if it's a problem that I've created or an error by the bot?

I've recently moved some 150-pages from one site to another. There were some errors in links. Initially I did redirects as a quick fix.
The past two days, I repaired all the links.

The bot may be coming in on old errors, however there were even some late last night after I had the errors corrected.

What ever monster this was?
It seems to have been created in my laboratory :)

Once I reparied all my links and removed the redirects that I had in place for the errors, the double and in rare instances triple slashes (folders) have ended.
