nicebot? opinions, please :S

New bot? calls itself 'nicebot'...

OK... This one sounds suspiciously suspicious... :)
If anyone has any opinions/facts on this, I'd like to hear them...
Not causing any red flags in the bandwidth department, and it reads robots.txt... Just a lack of info about itself...
I've let it go for now...
