GoDaddy bought out innerprise a few months ago. As far as I could tell, this simply meant that the primary own/developer of the innerprise search software (Greg) went to work for GoDaddy, and they then got possession of the innerprise customer list. (GoDaddy used it to call me to try to get me to set up a domain name account.)

I would expect GoDaddy only intends to sell copies of the sofware to others, and not use it to create their own search engine.
