None of our pages are to be cached and archived, but this bugger has done just that with our sites.
It does not follow the robots meta tag directive not to archive.( <META NAME="robots" CONTENT="INDEX,NOARCHIVE,NOIMAGEINDEX"> )
It is affiliated with Alexa in some fashion.
These bastards have the audacity to state under their terms of use, "GoForIt Entertainment LLC will not tolerate copyright or trademark infringement of any kind".
Just a sharing a 'heads up' to you. We'll be calling having our attorney today to contact them to immediately to remove our material.

The company that I ended with off the IP has a multitude of agendas.

It was a very weary 4:30 a.m. knee-jerk reaction on my part; I was more than peeved when I noticed Goforit cached pages of our content.
Goforit indexes your site, and when displayed in the respective category with other sites, displays three links below each one. The first is to Goforit to display the cached content, the second link directly to Alexa using either cgi/perl or php, containing the indexed site's url and the amazon_id of goforit, and the third is to ia_archiver wayback for the indexed site. Hence, my angry but erroneous conclusion.
Although I may have been in error in my initial reaction about them being affiliated with Alexa, my irreverential term for them still stands.
