Had three in depth visits today from UA : gazz/5.0 ([e-mail])
Very well behaved, asked for robots.txt first and then took time to go through the pages.

Digging further it relates to SE Goo in Japan.

Anybody knows the importance of this SE, I don't understand Japanese.
How relevant is to the world, or is it more for local use.
Any help is much appreciated.

IMO, if your website stands to benefit by traffic from the Far East, than by all means allow the crawl.

If your website has no reason to benefit from Far East Traffic?
What need might you have for the crawl, listing or traffic?

If the bot spaces its visits in the same decent manner as its crawling I will certainly let it come back, can't hurt to get into Japan.
