Anyone have any information on a bot that goes by the useragent of "pcnbot".

All i could find is that this bot loves to eat bandwidth as it did with one of the sites i run over the weekend, so much so that I had to ban its ip.

I do not have anything on this bot.
Nor do I on the specific range, however within the providers range (s) I have four documented items.
