Visitors to my site have changed substantially. I'm getting a majority of visits from referrers named as
"unable to detect referrer (Javascript not enabled on visitor's browser)".

This did not used to be the case

some of the ip's include
a lot from
61-230-7-71.dynamic.hinet.net

many different ip's from .jp.

I have access to stats that show that something named Ninja (robots) with variations has been visiting frequently.

It would not be a concern but the *majority* of visitors are from unknown referrers.

Does anyone have comments or advise about this?

Thanks

Has the Ninja bot listed to this link
[dti.ad.jp...]

Your inquiry does not state whether you desire the traffic from this bot?

Nor does your inquiry state if the APNIC traffic is beneficial or detrimental to your site?

Game site traffic is a different view than many other webmasters might take as a result it will require your own choice.

There's no way to force visitors to either show referrs or have Java turned on.
One possibility is that you may be viewing and using one of the Java implemenmted site traffic counters rather than viewing your actual logs?

Actual and complete logs might provide more depth to traffic than some of the Java counters, however require a larger use of tools.
