UA: "LookBot"
IP: 206.191.13.2

IP is registered to an ISP in Canada, Magma Communications, Ltd.

LookBot is acting like a search engine bot, but I can't link it to a search engine.

Great guess, bcolflesh :) Looks like they changed user agents. Here's my complete list for look.com:

# Look.com
# UA "NetResearchServer(http://www.look.com)"
# UA "LookBot"
206.191.13.2
206.191.13.3
209.87.232.5

Here's the same IP and UA from August of the previous year.It was the same in January

64.40.105.197 - - [30/Aug/2003:18:19:35 -0700] "GET /robots.txt HTTP/1.0" 200 2390 "-" "Look.com"

I have a SetEnvIf ^Look which takes these out.
