Anyone know what spider uses this IP?

it has visited thousands of times this month

The IP is 198.--.---.243 and reverse DNS doesn't seem to shed any clues.. at least not the reverse tool I used.

The IP is a Verio IP and thus is just a rented IP address... probably somebody's cable or DSL line.

There's definitely no match to the IP address in my list of known spider IP addresses.
