They've been log spamming for a long time. This is just another attempt to grab traffic. I wonder how many webmasters click through?
I've seen this coming from a dozen domains this month. All of them resolve to HIC.

Did not realize they do this through different domains. Sneaky. (I stopped the page from loading when I saw the url redirect to the knew address)

It was obvious they just popped in long enough to get the info on the log files. Not interested in my site at all.
Referrals are important to webmasters. I always check the referrals in my logs. I don't appreciate my time being wasted.
