I did a search on google for this and could not find it.
I can't figure out what it is, but it's somewhere in UT.

Check out cerberian.com. They are located in UT and produce a web filtering product which is probably what that is.

Yea, I think you are right about the UA. But who is Colocate America? I just sent an email to Cerberian's PR dept. to ask that that they ID it better with a link to a URL that explains what it is.
Funny thing is, a search on (G) didn't give page after page of log files. It must not be used very much.

Colocate America is a small ISP located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Maybe this product isn't widely used or perhaps the UA is configurable. They aren't that old of a company (started 2001) and are fairly small (25 people).
