This one has been discussed here before, here [webmasterworld.com] and here [webmasterworld.com].

Using a different IP now: 69.10.144.208 which belongs to a web hosting company that owns 69.10.128-159.

Would that be enough for getting ride of him?

RewriteCond %{REMOTE_ADDR} ^69\.10\.144\.208$ [OR]
RewriteCond %{REMOTE_ADDR} ^69\.10\.128\.159$ [OR]

He means the IP range 69.10.128.0 - 69.10.159.255

RewriteCond %{REMOTE_ADDR} ^69\.10\.1(2[8-9]¦[3-5][0-9])\. [OR]

Note: change broken pipe to solid one.

How's that?

I already put UA "@yahoo" on ban for another bad guy so that will catch this one too. Since he changes IPs, I don't think it's worth banning the entire host every time he does.
