googlebot ips

Sorry if this sounds ackward, i am new here and was wondering if i could get some help related to googlebot. I have been trying to make a list of complete googlebot ips lately and been confused by references i have recieved from various websites. To give you an example this is a list taken from:

Now if you take a look at some of the ips they belong to Cable & Wireless. Is this ok or this list above is old?

I will soon post the complete list of ips which i have in my list.

If you want a complete list of Googlebot IPs, I'd suggest you'd go here: [searchengineworld.com...]

hmmm... pretty wierd... Cable and Wireless IPs from Googlebot? Are all these IPs from Googlebot or just from Google? That matters because Google has 10,000 computers at the GooglePlex and many of them could be Cable and/or Wireless.

It's part of one of the google tools.

Be nice if somebody could get the search option at WebmasterWorld fixed.

guys, i won't mind if you say this is OT, but i have something more to ask.

I did seo a site and the site started to come up in google. basically i was delivering specific content to googlebot based on the ips it was coming from. Now 2 days back i added one more keyword to the front of the title and keywords. Today, the site has vanished from google. Did i do anything stupid?
