202.100.87.30 - Xibdzs Information Center (Chinese as well) appears to own the entire 202 block, also fast enough to get itself banned twice.

I don't do any business with one of the above countries and never had any legit email/visit from them either. And the mail spam has significantly dropped ... too bad that a lot of spam is still coming from some of the biggest us netblocks which can't be black listed without loosing a lot of legit mails / visitors.
