Referrer spam bot?

I found an unknown bot while going through my referrers this morning. It seems to be (I googled) showing up in a lot of logs with the same referrer information.

Does anyone recognise this one?

A google on linkman will get info. It's a link chaser/organizer toolbar add-in.

The IP is BellSouth.

I've filed a bug report regarding the incorrect referrer information.
