I found this IP in my log file today. Resolves to Mindspring DSL, must be a users bot.
It downloaded my main page (no robots.txt, no images, no css files) over 200 times within 10 minutes and followed a hidden link whick results in a 404 (I guess you could call it a crude bot trap).

This is a very small range ( 65.110.128.0 - 65.110.143.255 ) at Earthlink.
I'm more inclined to believe it MAY be a proxy!

I did have a portion of Mindspring and also recall an ISP on Peactree in Atlanta being denied for a while.
My short lived "new leaf" let back in some IP's I had denied for some time. I cannot tell you definitely if Mindspring fits that category or not.
