This one spidered a lot of my site before finally falling into my trap. That was a half hour ago and it's still pulling up 403's, frantically hitting pages it previously hit successfully. Didn't check robots.txt.

Apnic, is the body that gives out IP's for Asia, try doing a search on Apnic, and you can do a whois on the ip, so when isp's etc wants more ip's they have to contact Apnic to get them. (Ripe is europe, Arin is the us)
