Its been grabbing just the index page of all our network of sites using the same IP.

What to do?

It's something pretending to be a browser. Smacks of email harvester/other undesirable bot if you ask me.

Personally I banned it. Why?

1) If it's a bot then it's masquerading as something else, and it doesn't include contact information or even a clue about it's owner/origin.

2) It's too widespread and too low traffic to be a single user, and in any case since this isn't a real IE user-agent it wont be effective at getting sites to feed it their IE "optimised" content.
