About once a week I get a visit from 68.184.115.214 (Charter Communications... cable modem?). They grab the same two pages using a rather benign looking UA: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows NT 4.0)
Just for kicks I decided to feed them 403's... and they've been eating those 403's quite happily for a couple of months now. Has anyone else seen this one?
