I had a referral from the SE. Chased it down. A category of which I have the first four in almost every SE?
I have 15 of the first 18 with searchalot :)

I used Canufly's query all and the result pointed me to

Address: 3300 Regency Pkwy
City: Cary
StateProv: NC
NetRange: 208.128.0.0 - 208.175.255.255

Of which I've been getting some spidering for some time. I previously mentioned this IP range in another thread.

I have them down as Google "clone" with a Yahoo-like portal front page, and a 6-month-old copy of the ODP. They present what looks like "flat" Google results, with the "more from this site" indented stuff seen on Google listed without indentation. Plus, you can check your Google backlinks by clicking on a link in the SERPs.

Haven't seen any noteworthy traffic from them, but they basically look OK.

anybody have some actual spider IPs and/or User-Agents from Searchalot? I don't trust using a huge range like that posted above... thanks.

I dug through some old stuff the other day hoping I had save a reference to this in my data files.
No luck.

I looked again today after your inquiry and although I did find a couple of refernces to it.

I did add this in one of those MS 131 threads because I found reference to one of the MS bots from that range. I haven't had any luck finding it in the archives.

I couldn't have been to alarmed by this particular IP range else I would both denied it and kept more accurate records.

I do have the following ranges noted.
