Checked robots.txt but reports of probing cgi-bin that aren't linked on we

This seems to be a new version that has started crawling in the past week or so.

There is a past page about it here: 2003webcraftboot [webmasterworld.com]

I found a post off the site dated February talking about the older version saying that it probed their cgi-bin, which wasn't linked anywhere on the web and the only place it could have found it from is SSI which apache is supposed to cover. However, it didn't go anywhere near my cgi-bin and checked robots.txt.

The ip this time was 63.96.179.29 and this is a bit of my logs.

Any idea of what type of bot this is?

Had a visit from these folks last night.
Looked at their pages and it appears to me that besides selling a variety of software's related to internet and intranet that they are in the "marketing data business."

"marketing data business," selling collected data to a third party.

I seem to recall a bot which used an email address in the UA previously, with a similar name. Although I couldn't find any referecne to it in my records with out spending a great length of time.

BTW I denied them.
