Can't yet tell if it will behave well. My site is far far away from Canada.
The indicated URL points to SE, providing DMOZ descriptions in the SERPS, though the algo is not the very best ("BETA"). SERP for kw1+kw2 produces:

Everyones's net "207.44." has been for me a pest.
I have two portions denied. 207.44.142. and 207.44.200.

I'm not sure what my reaction will be since many of my visitors are both Canadian and content interested.
Didn't stop me from Global Crossing and a few others ;)

One a side note; I had a referal from a UK site recently. I contacted the site and asked then very kindly (or so I thought) to remove my url from their page. "The answer was that their entire content came from DMOZ and if I desired a link removal I should contact DMOZ." Of course I couldn't refuse a slap in the face like that ;) Where upon I denied their referrals and the respondents (whom BTW was using a Switzerland IP) IP as well.

It should be noted that I'm not really contrary to some occassional Euro traffic. However I seem to get hordes of it especially for some historical pages I have on breeding. Although it's nice to serve-it-up for neighbors? I stand to gain nothing from their visits, at least economically.

No less persistent than many of our pests ;)

BTW a fellow particpant here was kind enough to hook me up with some maps of old and new Germany so that I could see that area of Eastern German that my grandfather was born in 1901.

Although I'd have to take that stance from the US as the only other country I've been in has been Canada :(
Perhaps I inherited my attitude?

I have lightend up a bit recently and have been restoring some IP's.
Just the other day I found out that a Canadian range (Stentor) that I had denied covers some Northeast portions of the US as well and will require adjustments on my end.
I've also recently removed ranges from Road Runner and Bell South as well.

Not sure I'll ever get around to either Level 3 or Qwest though ;)
