I'm being hit by Mozilla/4.0 (Compatible; FeedBucket/Bravo 1.0) Java/1.4.1_01 coming from [64.70.12.230...] looks like a home-grown search engine, but it doesn't work I wonder if something sinister is at play here.
I'm also being hit by larbin_2.6.2 (larbin2.6.2@unspecified.mail) apparently from mail.astaro.com (or [astaro.com...] is a fire-wall/security company?
Anyone know about these guys? Should I ban 'em?

fmonk,
larbin - ban it.
Feedbucket, never heard of it, does it look like it will benefit you? No contact info in the robot's user-agent string? - Personally, I think I'll block that one.
Did it fetch and obey robots.txt?

larbin, yeah I'm gonna ban that one.
The other FeedBucket yeah, it did snag robots.txt so it may not be evil... but, this is interesting at some point I added its IP to my IE restricted sites list, don't remember doing it though, but I probally had reason.

Hmm, this little robot appears hungry for my index.rdf file. It's retrieving it several times, almost every hour. My guess is that it might be another one of these RSS feed utilities. These apps can be setup to retrieve the feed on a specific time interval.

I was getting some activity from a standard UA from this IP recently. I have to go back in my logs and check.
