new spiders to me anyone know why

two new spiders but why theyare crawling

I have seen the following spiders but i don't undrstand why they are crawling my site as i haven't contacted them and i don't see the relevance to the National health service of the UK in my site!

and is this one benign or not

What user-agents were they using?

BTW to my uninformed knowledge drone4.sv.av.com would appear to be part of AltaVista.

A quick google shows gtw-121.nhs.uk cropping up in lots of non-bot places so potentially it might be a proxy which is for the use of NHS staff, as well as any crawler applications they have - but it's hard to say without more information.
