is 64.171.96.89 a bot?

i found this ip 64.171.96.89 clicking multiple links on my site over a long period.

can anyone identify it as a bot or a SE spider?

my logs show 64.68.*.* as the google bot.could this ip belong to google?

It's a dsl line from San Diego.

ive emailed abuse@pacbell about this ip.

i figured its not a SE bot.

anyone knows what this means in the logs

Someone came in without a set user or referrer, that probably means it's a script, bot, or some type of filter to hide info. The domain at the end of the IP pushes findwhat results.
