There are about five pages in the archives related to this bot providing five IP's that I saw.

Had a new one today:
210.59.144.147
210.59.128.0 - 210.59.255.255

Just a heads up.
It read robots at three different time frames and nothing else. Since I had the previous IP's denied there was no mention of open in my robots.
They say they honor disallow.
In any event I added the range to my denies and updated my robots.

Recently I saw Openbot coming from 210.59.144.148
