I still do not know what this agent is, buit I found this previous post which discusses this UA:

I got just one hit yesterday only for robots.txt. This agent is NOT excluded by robots.txt...

hi carfac,

as stated in the other thread this points out to japan. maybe somebody speaking and writing this language can check this out on japanese websites?
