Any hint from the logs as to whether this looked like a dial-up account speed-wise? FASTNET just looks like an ISP to me.

No images only pages.

I did look at their website and saw the asdl services however I also saw hosting and such.

I've given up contacting providers and back bones. In most instances the only result is automated.
