I think MFC are the Microsoft Foundation Classes, that is a programming library from MS.

I have never programmed for MS systems, but maybe there are some tools in there for downloading web-pages.

Guess that'll be one to load into the .htaccess file something like this:

MFC_Tear_Sample is a sample program for testing the MS Foundation Classes. You can find it with a search on the MS Web site.

Unfortunately for us, it is a "site ripper" - thus the name "Tear". In this case, run by someone who didn't change the UA.
