New Useragent or Just Browser

I came across this useragent in my logs today. The UA was not doing anything bad...but this is the first time I have seen this one.

Could be manipulated useragent or something new.

Anyone have experience with this one?

I havent't liked their activity and have denied the entire block which DLG has soley.
