Just noticed this going back a year or two. Looks like a bot? And looks like someone is taking some trouble to present random UA's?

Can't trace it beyond Verio.

My fav whois tool gives this message:

I can't work out any syntax though.

Appraise your paranoia. That IP address belongs to Wordtracker, a commercial bot extracting your valued keywords for their customers (your competition). Besides E-mail Harvesters, this on should certainly be disallowed to access your site.
