How to report a potential Bot abuse?

First I would like to thank the forum and volatilegx for the great and kind assistant in the identification of PortalB and SlySearch spiders. volatilegx
Had contacted the system administrator of PortalB and was really helpful in solving the matter.

Now for my question, which might sound stupid . . .

Do you pro guys, has some kind of a form letter to report potential Bot abuse?

Would love to have one in my draft folder just in case ;)

I don't use a form letter because the behaviour of bots is just to varied to use a generic letter. Also, I rarely experience abuse on my own servers.

I sometimes contact the owners of bots to get more information about the bot, but rarely to report abuse.
