This IP a very small block registered to a celebrity.
I couldn't find a domain. And wasn't about to go through 61k worth of hits at google.

I suppose it's possible he has an interest in my content. Arnold Palmer and a few other celebs from this field do.
I'm just not so sure he would use an obscure UA?

This is highly likely to be an automated program, from looking at the UA i'd say it's written in java, WinHttp class, WinHttpRequest method, and 5 would be the current request ID.
