I've been seeing Vagabondo in my logs for a few months. Shows up twice a month to grab some (but not necessarily all) of my ODP-listed pages, and requests robots.txt before every HTML file.
Vagabondo's information page claims they "visit primarily" WAP and Dutch sites. None of my ODP-listed sites are WAP or Dutch.

It's busy, again. For sure, it is spidering ODP entries.
