Nameprotect isn't the only one that uses this agent. I had one today using HTTPClient/0.3-3 from 24.90.66.90.

Hey Key_Master,
That 24 IP a Road Runner user or RR themselves.
Road Runner has their own bot.

Did they view mutliple pages?

RPT-HTTPClient is a Java library: [innovation.ch...]

It was one of the earliest implementations of HTTP 1.1, and is listed as such at [w3.org...]

Your visitor could be anything from a link-checking applet to a full-fledged browser.

Seems this is a Link Checker built using the Java library. The utility is called JCheckLinks
