I got this one today, it is new to me. It came into my site without me submitting to AV. It actually came in to this new site *before* googlebot. Hmm, what is going on? First a new index and now this. It is like AV has just woke up from a coma.

I was scanned by this spider tonight as well. But I submitted my url to altavista earlier today. Maybe it HAS awakened...

Same arachnid spotted in a new site that was just submitted late yesterday. Hopefully, it is the AV "relevance" spider. :)

That's the one that is mining the Yahoo what's new pages, you should be added and ranking in a matter of hours after a visit, sometimes before the confirmation from Y! arrives.
