flash movie error. Movie repositions itself while mouse over

Has anyone ever experienced a flash movie reposition itself while you mouse over the movie on a PC?

I am running XP and I have tried this on AOL V. 9.0, IE V. 10 and I have the latest flash plugin.
(never happened on a Mac) The flash movie repositions itself (moves about 10px).

go to www.parentpetroleum.com. on the intro flash movie when you scroll over it on a PC the movie flickers and will reposition itself.

i cant reproduce the error. it looks fine to me.

WinXP SP2 IE 6 (latest patches)

looks good from here.
