Flash Image Editor

I've been looking for hours for a free online flash image editor that I can use with my home made CMS system.

I like the one at imageeditor but its way too expensive.

anyone know of any good free/cheap ones?

Are you looking for a free image editor? If so, Gimp is a good start!
