Good tools for Flash creation?

What is *best* and easy to get into?

I'm a noob learning everything web-related, mostly by example. I love tutorials!

What software do you recommend for getting started with some Flash creation?

(My budget is OK, Adobe stuff I get essentially for free thru my employer)

Cost is not much of an issue for me, but what are the main difefrences between the pro 8, MX and MX 4?
